Video Uploading:

You must have rights to or own any video you upload.
All persons in the video must be of legal age in your residing country.
We have the right to remove any video at our sole discretion without notice.
We are not responsible for loss of data that may occur when storing your content/data on our site.
You are responsible for the content you upload and reserve all rights.

Self Promotion:

What IS allowed:
You can upload videos with a small watermark containing your logo or text.
You can use your avatar for self promotion but it cannot be an animated gif.
You can put your url or pitch on your profile

What IS NOT allowed:
You may not upload less than one minute video clips with your logo or watermark. No Slideshows of any kind. We take Videos Only here. No intermission ads or text in the middle of videos. No promotion or link posting in the video description or titles.

Follow these simple and reasonable rules and you'll have a great way to promote your site.
Don't follow them and you'll have your IP/domain and all videos banned from the site for good.

Abuse:

If a video on our site offends you or you are the proper owner of the content and would like it removed please contact us at contact (#) playfuk.com and we will respond to the issue quickly.

Everyone must play nice at PlayFuk. That means no abusive comments or private messages for one. If you notice any member that is acting inappropriately please contact us and we will put immediate attention to the issue.
